Shipping Policy

Where we ship

We ship to all of Malaysia (Peninsular and East Malaysia) and Singapore. For other destinations, message us on WhatsApp and we’ll quote a custom rate.

Same-day shipping from KL

  • Orders placed before 2 PM Malaysia time on weekdays (Mon–Fri, excluding public holidays) ship the same day from our Kuala Lumpur warehouse.
  • Orders placed after 2 PM, on weekends, or on public holidays ship on the next working day.
  • We use NinjaVan as our default courier for Malaysia. International shipments to Singapore use NinjaVan or Pos Laju depending on destination.

Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during peak periods (CNY, Mother’s Day, year-end), public holidays, or due to courier issues outside our control.

Shipping rates

Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout based on weight and destination. To preview shipping cost before purchase, add the item to cart and click “Calculate shipping” or proceed to checkout.

Shipping costs are calculated by weight and destination at checkout — most car seats and strollers ship for under RM 15 within Peninsular Malaysia, and small items (cushions, accessories) ship for under RM 10. East Malaysia rates are higher due to courier surcharges; the exact figure shows on the cart page before you pay.

Tracking your order

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a WhatsApp message with your NinjaVan tracking number and a link to track the parcel. You can also reply to that message at any time to check status, change delivery instructions, or flag an issue — we’ll respond directly.

Cash on delivery (COD)

We currently do not offer COD. All orders are paid online before shipping.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your tracking shows “delivered” but you haven’t received the parcel, or if the parcel arrives damaged:

1. WhatsApp us on +60 12-797 0636 within 48 hours of the delivery scan with your order number. 2. For damaged parcels, send a photo of the damage to the same number. 3. We’ll open a claim with the courier and ship a replacement at no cost to you, or issue a full refund — your choice.
