What’s the difference between LunaLite, LunaPrime, and LunaLux?

All three are convertible car seats covering newborn through ~4 years (0–18 kg). The difference is in features:

  • LunaLite (RM 299) — entry tier. Solid 5-point harness, basic recline, ECE R44/04 certified.
  • LunaPrime (RM 449, bestseller) — mid tier. Adds 360° rotation (huge for daily in/out), enhanced rear LATCH, adjustable headrest and footrest. Trusted by 700+ Malaysian parents.
  • LunaLux (RM 549) — premium tier. Adds further padding, premium fabric, extended recline range, additional safety features.

What’s the difference between LunaNavi and LunaNavi+?

  • LunaNavi (RM 299) — basic stroller, navy. Lightweight, foldable, suitable from ~6 months to ~4 years.
  • LunaNavi+ (RM 439) — premium stroller, green. Adds full recline (suitable from newborn), reversible handlebar, larger canopy, premium wheels, larger storage basket.

Are Lunababy car seats certified for use in Malaysia?

Yes. All LunaLite, LunaPrime, and LunaLux units carry ECE R44/04 certification, which is recognised under Malaysian road safety regulations. We are working on UN R129 (i-Size) variants for late 2026.

What weight/age range does each car seat cover?

All three car seats are convertible Group 0+/I models covering 0–18 kg, approximately newborn to 4 years. Use rear-facing for infants up to 13 kg, then forward-facing.

Do your car seats fit my car?

Most modern Malaysian car models work with our seats — they install via either the rear LATCH/ISOFIX system (preferred) or the standard 3-point seatbelt (universal fallback). If you’d like to confirm fit for a specific car model, WhatsApp us with your make/model/year and we’ll check before you buy.

What payment methods do you accept?

Do you offer cash on delivery (COD)?

No. All orders are paid online before shipping. This keeps prices lower and shipping faster.

Can I order over WhatsApp instead of the website?

Yes, message us on +60 12-797 0636 and we’ll send you a payment link. Same prices, same warranty.

Is my payment secure?

Yes. Card payments are processed by Stripe, which is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified — the highest security standard for online payments. We never see or store your card details.

Shipping & delivery

How fast do you ship?

Orders placed before 2 PM on weekdays ship the same day from Kuala Lumpur via NinjaVan. Klang Valley typically receives next day; other Peninsular MY 1–2 business days; East Malaysia 3–5 business days.

Can I track my order?

Yes. You’ll get a WhatsApp message with your tracking number once we hand the parcel to NinjaVan.

Do you ship outside Malaysia?

We ship to Singapore at standard rates. For other destinations, WhatsApp us for a custom quote.

How much is shipping?

Shipping is calculated automatically at checkout based on weight and destination. For Peninsular Malaysia, most car seats ship for under RM 15; smaller items under RM 10. East Malaysia rates are higher due to courier surcharges. We don’t offer flat free shipping right now — we keep product prices low instead and pass the actual courier cost through transparently.

Who runs Lunababy?

Lunababy is operated by Lucio Fortis Sdn Bhd (registration 1421151-X), a Malaysian company. We’re a small team — your message goes to a real person, not a chatbot.

Where are Lunababy products made?

Our products are designed in collaboration with overseas manufacturing partners and imported. We test every batch before listing for sale, and we provide local Malaysia warranty service so you don’t have to deal with overseas suppliers.

Why are Lunababy prices lower than European brands?

Imported European brands (Joie, Maxi-Cosi, Britax) carry brand premium plus distributor margin plus retailer margin — often 3 layers of markup. By distributing direct-to-consumer through our own store and selected marketplaces, we cut those layers. Same safety standards, roughly half the price.
