We stand behind every Lunababy product. Here’s what your warranty covers.
Warranty period
- Car seats (LunaLite, LunaPrime, LunaLux) — 24 months from delivery
- Strollers (LunaNavi, LunaNavi+) — 24 months from delivery
- Chairs (Premium Chair, High Chair, Low Chair) — 12 months from delivery
What the warranty covers
Manufacturing defects, including:
- Frame and structural integrity
- 5-point safety harness
- 360° rotation mechanism (car seats)
- Recline and headrest mechanisms
- Buckle
- Wheel, axle, and brake mechanisms (strollers)
- Stitching that fails or fabric that tears out of the box (i.e. defective from manufacture, not from use)
What the warranty does not cover
Normal wear and tear from long-term use, including:
- Fabric fading
- Stitching loosening from regular use
- Fabric thinning or scuffing from daily handling
- Cosmetic marks and minor scratches that don’t affect function
- Damage from cleaning with non-recommended products
- Use outside the product’s specified weight or age range
- Loss or theft
- Transferred ownership (warranty is non-transferable; first buyer only)
How to make a warranty claim
1. WhatsApp us on +60 12-797 0636 with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos or a short video showing the defect. 2. We’ll respond within 1 business day to confirm whether the issue is covered. 3. If covered, we’ll arrange one of three remedies — at our discretion based on what’s fastest for you:
- Replacement of the defective part (most common for harness, fabric, wheel issues)
- Full unit replacement (for structural defects)
- Repair (where practical)
4. If a return is required, we cover return shipping for warranty cases.
Lifetime support
Warranty or not, you can always reach us on WhatsApp for product questions, fitting advice, replacement parts (charged at cost), or accessory recommendations. We aim to keep your Lunababy gear in service for as long as you need it.
