Data Deletion Request

You have the right to request deletion of your personal data held by Lunababy under the Malaysian Personal Data Protection Act 2010 (PDPA).
How to request deletion
Send an email to ava@lunababy.com.my with the subject line “Data Deletion Request” and include:
- Your full name as it appears on your account
- Email address used for orders
- Phone number (if different)
- Any order numbers you’d like associated with the request (optional)
What we delete
Within 30 days of receiving your verified request, we delete:
- Your account profile and login credentials
- Marketing contact records
- Browsing/analytics data tied to your identity (Meta Pixel custom audiences, Google audience lists)
What we cannot delete
For Malaysian tax and accounting compliance, we are required to retain order records (purchase amounts, dates, fulfilment status) for at least 7 years. These records are kept in restricted-access archives and used only for audit purposes.
Apps connected via Facebook / Instagram Login
If you used “Login with Facebook” or “Login with Instagram” on our site (or via the Lunababy Automation app on the Meta platform) and want to remove the connection plus associated data, you can:
- Send a deletion email as above, OR
- Remove the app from your Meta account: Settings → Apps and Websites → Lunababy Automation → Remove. After removal, email us so we delete the related profile data on our side.
Confirmation
Once we complete the deletion, you’ll receive a confirmation email. If you don’t hear back within 5 working days of submitting your request, please email again — your message may have been filtered.
